Callibee Scraps: HK Memory Chest Kit Club

Happy New Year to everyone. 2014 has been quite eventful but good year with lots of holidays and ending with moving flats and a wonderful Christmas. December was definitely busy but we're all settled in now and I could finally sit down and do some layouts.

The January kit is lovely and bright, with lots of gold scattered in the kit - I'm loving this trend. It also comes with some enormous clear word/phrase stickers; great for layouts, albums, diaries or even as laptop cover art - so fun.

Beautiful Mind Spirit Heart

A bright, airy layout with green and white as the main colours.

I love these transparent word stickers; you can cut them apart or keep them whole. Also loving the rub on sequins.

I added some stamping to the background for more visual interest.

I love the wood accents; I kept some plain and added pink glitter to the geotag to pull your eye into the photos.

Be Awesome

I decided to go with circles on this layout, scattering them across the page in a visual line. I like the background paper as it reminds me of wood and goes with the nature photo.

I added a rim of gold archival marker around each circle to emphasize them more.

I love the pack of silver puffy stickers - full of hearts, stars and arrows to add that extra bling to your page. The little cork cameras are too cute.

Be Brave Be Bold

Such a bright red polka dot paper, I knew I had to use it with the swing photos even if I had done a previous swing layout already.

I love the huge titles which you can lay under or over other embellishments.

I freehanded some circles with an embossing pen before embossing with gold. For the heart, I layered the foil tape edge to edge over some scrap paper before die cutting out the heart shape.
